What to know about 98-inch TVs
A 98-inch screen is a project, not just a mount. Measure every doorway and stairwell the box has to pass through before you buy; the box can be over 8 feet long. On the wall it needs a three-stud bracket and two installers, and over-fireplace placement is usually off the table because the bottom edge would sit too high. For sports bars and offices, this size often replaces a projector entirely.
Typical rooms for this size: dedicated theaters, large bonus rooms and businesses.
