TV wall mounting, anchored into studs
Most living rooms in Auburn and Opelika are framed with wood studs every 16 inches behind half-inch drywall. Drywall alone can't hold a TV safely — the weight has to go into the studs. That's the core of every job we do: find the studs, check them, and bolt the bracket into solid wood with lag bolts rated well beyond your TV's weight.
You pick the screen size, the bracket and how the wires should look on our online planner, and the price you see is the price you pay. Labor starts at $94 and depends only on screen size, because bigger screens take more hands and more care.

- Mark the height together
We hold a template at the height you like and check it from your seat. Most people end up lower than they expected.
- Find and verify studs
Studs aren't always exactly 16″ apart, especially around windows. We confirm each one before drilling.
- Level and bolt
The bracket goes up with a laser level, then 5/16″ lag bolts into wood.
- Hang, connect, test
TV on, cables connected, picture checked on each input with you.
Questions about TV wall mounting
What if my studs are in the wrong place?
Brackets with wide horizontal slots let us center the TV even when studs are off to one side. If they're far off, a full-motion arm can slide the TV sideways after mounting.
Can you mount on a wall with no studs at all?
Some interior walls have studs only every 24″ or use metal studs. We have hardware for both — see our guide on metal studs. We never hang a TV on drywall anchors alone.
How long does it take?
A standard mount is usually under an hour once we're in your home.
