Moved in? TVs up in one visit
Move-in week is when TVs sit on the floor leaning against walls. It’s also the best moment to mount them: rooms are half empty, furniture can still be shifted, and you haven’t yet got used to the wrong height.
New builds bring their own details — fresh paint that marks easily, builder outlets placed high over the fireplace, studs that may be at 24 inches, and sometimes a low-voltage conduit already in the wall. We check each wall, use what the builder left, and mount every TV in a single appointment, with 20% off labor for each one after the first.

Questions about new home & move-in TV mounting
The builder put an outlet over the fireplace. Do I have to mount there?
No. It’s a common spot but often too high for the main TV. We’ll look at the room with you and say honestly which wall works best.
My furniture hasn’t arrived. Can you still set the height?
Yes. Tell us the sofa and console heights, or we use standard seating height and tape the outline for you to check.
Still building?
Our pre-wiring guide lists what to ask the builder for — blocking, a recessed outlet and conduit — so mounting is quick later.
