Your bracket, our install

Plenty of people already have a mount — bought with the TV, left over from the last house, or the special bracket made for their model. Choose “I have one” on the planner and there’s no bracket charge: you pay for labor by screen size and whatever wall or wire options you add.

Before drilling we check the bracket against the TV and the wall. The hardware bag in most boxes assumes wood studs; if your wall is brick, block, metal stud or plaster, we use the right fasteners from our own stock.

What's included

  • Checking the mount’s weight rating, VESA pattern and condition
  • Assembly of the bracket if it’s still in the box
  • The correct fasteners for your wall type
  • TV-side screws and spacers matched to your TV
  • Levelling, connecting and testing

Prices

How we do it

  1. Check the fit

Rating, hole pattern and screw size. If something doesn’t match we tell you before a hole is made.

  2. Plan around the plate

Your wall plate’s width decides which studs it can reach; we work out the position that centres the TV.

  3. Install into structure

Lag bolts in studs, toggles in metal studs, anchors in masonry.

  4. Hang and test

Safety locks engaged, devices connected, cables tidied.

Questions about installing your own bracket

What if my bracket turns out to be wrong for the TV?

We’ll show you why — usually the VESA pattern or weight rating — and you can switch to one of the brackets we carry at the listed price, or reschedule once you have a suitable one.

I lost the screws. Is that a problem?

No. We carry the common TV-side screw sizes and spacers, and wall fasteners for every wall type.

Do you install manufacturer no-gap mounts and pull-down mounts?

Yes, when you supply them. Add the model in the notes so we can check the instructions beforehand.
